Depending on your dealings with us, we may collect:

• name and contact details, including postal address, installation address, email address and telephone number;

• order, quotation, product, package and configuration information;
• property and installation information needed to quote, plan, install, commission, service or support a security system;
• appointment, engineer, service, support, warranty and maintenance records;
• correspondence, enquiries, complaints and customer-service records;
• payment status, transaction references and limited payment-related information supplied by our payment providers. We do not need to store full payment-card details ourselves where payment is handled by a payment provider;
• WeGo Care membership, renewal and support information;

• cookie and similar-technology choices where applicable; and
• any other information you choose to give us.

Please do not send us information that is not reasonably required for your enquiry, order, installation or support.

Where necessary to fulfil your order or provide support, we may share relevant information with engineers, installers, delivery companies, technology providers, professional advisers and other suppliers working for or with us.

We only provide information reasonably required for the relevant task and expect service providers processing information on our behalf to protect it appropriately.

8. AJAX PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

WeGo Security supplies and installs Ajax security products. Use of Ajax apps, accounts, cloud services or other Ajax services may involve processing by Ajax Systems under its own terms and privacy information. Where you create or use an Ajax account or service, you should also review the applicable Ajax privacy information.

9. WEGO CARE

If you take WeGo Care, we use relevant customer, system, service, support, warranty and subscription information to administer the service and provide the benefits applicable to your plan.

Where remote support or system-health services are included, access to system information will be limited to what is reasonably required to provide the relevant service and subject to the permissions and technical capabilities of the system.

10. MARKETING

We may contact you about WeGo Security or relevant WeGo Home Group products and services where we have your consent or another lawful basis that permits us to do so.

You can opt out of marketing at any time using an unsubscribe facility where provided or by contacting us. Service messages about an existing order, installation, account, warranty or Care plan are not marketing.

11. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary technologies may be used where required for the website to function, for example to maintain a basket, session or security feature.
